Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days after the Customer's receipt or tracking number for unused items. You, as the Customer, are required to inform us by email before returning the item, only if:

– You received the wrong item.
The item did not arrive as expected (i.e. damaged packaging).
– The item was defective.
– Out of delivery time.
- The sender does not allow the merchandise to be inspected before payment.

Returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged, and unused. This means the item(s) must be securely packed in a cardboard box for protection during transit, possibly the same box used to ship the item to you as a customer.
